Finding the Work Life Balance at University

university Mar 25, 2019

A lot of professional individuals and students struggle to balance life, work, studying and home life. This in effect causes a lot of anxiety, depression and in some cases, could potentially lead to mental health issues. To prevent the above and give an extra support with the awareness of mental wellbeing, I have created and presented a session for the students at the Christ Church University to motivate, inspire and give necessary tools to assist them in reaching their goals and targets.

Following this session, I received positive feedback. This session is now available to any other organisations, businesses and companies to support their staff and members and can be booked by contacting me today.

trust Mar 19, 2019

Trust is the very important ingredients of a successful happy relationship with yourself and with other people. Trust is very fragile and can be broken with mistakes and betrayals we experience, but without trust there is no strong foundations for the happiness and joy. It’s like building a house on the sand.

In life, you have a choice. You can choose to do anything, be anything, say anything and life any kind of life that you want to. You just have to train the strongest "muscle" in our body - your mind.

Your mind, can be your worst enemy or your best friend. It all depends on what and how you think. Your mind is a reflex organ.

When we are dealing with people that are attacking, by using bad words to put you down, even when they use physical attacks, you must turn...

Your subconscious is stopping you from forming your new way of thinking!

You are possibly finding yourself hitting a wall of fear without even realising! FEAR - Fails Evidence Appears Real! Fear leads to anxiety. We all feel anxiety at some point in our journey, which if prolonged can end up as depression.
